Martinelli House is an independent living, 66-unit senior housing
complex built in 1974, and owned by Mercy Housing California.
Currently, K2A helped to prepare scope and cost estimates for Mercy
Housing to apply for the tax exempt bond for Low Income Housing Tax
Credit to help fund the renovation and alteration of the project.
K2A’s scope includes remedial work such as waterproofing, door
replacement, and handrail repairs. Accessibility upgrade work is also
an integral portion of the work. This includes such modification as entry
ramp addition, and the conversion of two units to be fully accessible.
Complete modernization and expansion of existing community room, staff
offices, and laundry room have also been included in the scope of work.
